Order: name, e-mail, phone, delivery address, company and VAT number if you give them, items ordered. This data is used to prepare, ship and invoice the order, and to write to you about it. Legal basis: performance of the contract and our accounting obligations.

Payment: it takes place at Mollie B.V., a licensed payment provider. VMCDirect never sees your bank details; we only receive the payment status.

“Tell me”: your e-mail and the awaited set, for a single back-in-stock message. Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Cookie-free audience measurement and the host's technical logs, for security and site traffic. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.

Only two functional cookies: the language you chose, and the cart contents (the items, never prices or personal data). No advertising cookies.

Your data is neither sold nor rented. It is accessible to RAIS BUSINESS SRL staff and our processors: the host (Vercel Inc.), e-mail delivery (Resend, Inc.), payment (Mollie B.V.) and the carrier delivering the parcel.

Transfers outside the European Union rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Orders and invoices: seven years, the legal retention period for accounting records in Belgium. “Tell me” sign-ups: until the back-in-stock message, then deleted after twelve months at most.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to info@vmcdirect.com. We reply within one month.
