Terms of sale
These terms apply to every order placed in the VMCDirect shop.
1. The seller
VMCDirect is a brand of RAIS BUSINESS SRL, a Belgian private limited company, registered office Rue du Tilleul 42, 1640 Rhode-Saint-Genèse, Belgique.

2. The products
VMCDirect sells new ventilation filters under its own brand, in the dimensions and filter classes shown on each page.
Brand and model names of units are used solely to identify the unit the filter is intended for. VMCDirect neither makes nor distributes those units and is not affiliated with their manufacturers.
3. Prices and ordering
Prices are in euros, including VAT (21%). Shipping costs, or free shipping, are shown before the order is confirmed. The order is final upon payment; the goods remain the property of RAIS BUSINESS SRL until paid in full.
4. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have fourteen days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason, in writing to info@vmcdirect.com. Products are returned complete, unopened and unused within the following fourteen days; return costs are borne by the customer. The refund is made within fourteen days of receiving the return, by the same payment method.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are indicative: dispatch usually within two working days, delivery to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France within one to six working days depending on the country and the method chosen. A delay does not give rise to compensation, but the customer may cancel an order not yet dispatched within a reasonable time.
6. Conformity and guarantee
A product that is non-compliant or damaged on receipt is reported within two working days with photos; it is replaced or refunded, return costs included. The two-year legal guarantee of conformity applies.
7. Disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law.
In a dispute with a consumer, that consumer may use the Consumer Mediation Service free of charge (www.consumerombudsman.be) before any court proceedings.
Failing an amicable resolution, the courts of the district of RAIS BUSINESS SRL's registered office have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory provisions protecting consumers.
